Ashtanga Yoga — "In the Tradition of Sri K. Pattabhi Jois of Mysore, India""Yoga, as a way of life and a philosophy, can be practiced by anyone with inclination to undertake it, for yoga belongs to humanity as a whole. It is not the property of any one group or any one individual, but can be followed by any and all, in any corner of the globe, regardless of class, creed or religion."— Yoga Master Sri K. "99% practice and 1% theory"
— Sri K. Pattabhi Jois of Mysore, India
"Yoga says experience. Just like science says experiment, yoga says experience. Experiment and experience are both the same, their directions are different. Experiment means something you can do outside; experience means something you can do inside. Experience is an inside experiment."
— OSHO
"For GRACE to happen, seeking has to stop, but the seeking stops by GRACE. It is a double-bind." "The process of seeking starts with the individual and continues until there is the total understanding that the individual just doesn't exist."
